THE VILLA
The Villa comprises of a main house (with apartment) and a self-contained Cabaña set back from the house. There are five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the main villa with another two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the guest house / Cabaña
THE MAIN HOUSE
Five well-appointed bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms are available in the main house. As its west facing, you can expect incredible views over the beautiful city of Santander as well as spectacular sunsets.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Situated below the ground floor is our recreational area. Making up 3,500 sq. ft. of naturally lit, open plan space, it consists of a fully equipped Technogym and spa, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a hammam (Turkish steam room), as well as a raised, open fire pit. Incorporated into the lower ground floor is a changing room and shower, as well as a ‘gentlemen’s drinking lounge’ together with our international wine cellar.
GROUND FLOOR
The home cinema, sitting room, dining room (seating between 12 and 20) and kitchen spread through the light and breezy ground floor. Our vast galley style kitchen is an ideal hangout for cooking, dining and entertaining, with more intimate seating areas as well as larger ones. Step through the ‘cupboard’ in the kitchen and you’ll discover our hidden Eastern influenced boudoir, with its luxe palette of gold, saffron and chinoiserie wallpaper. The boudoir has direct access onto the garden. For those wanting a little more privacy, our apartment, also on the ground floor, offers another bedroom with ensuite bathroom, sitting room and kitchenette.
FIRST FLOOR
Upstairs you’ll find two master bedrooms and the kids’ quarters. One of our master bedrooms has an unmistakeably exotic appeal, with a host of light and natural finishes inspired by influences from Brazil. The second master bedroom is plush and romantic, featuring an American king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a generous waterfall shower and a deep bathtub. Relax in front of the cozy fireplace while you enjoy incredible views over the city. Our magical kids’ quarters is a duplex which offers 8 comfortable mattresses for little guests, plus a separate bathroom and fantastic kids play area with all the bells and whistles.

A fantastic duplex, the sublime Kids’ Quarters is a different world unto itself. The upper floor with 8 low comfortable mattresses can accommodate 8 little guests. There is a separate bathroom and kids play / study / TV area.
The exquisite master bedroom features an American King bed, en-suite bathroom plus a walk-in-wardrobe. Relax in front of the cozy fireplace while you enjoy incredible views over the city. Take a power shower in the rainforest waterfall or soak in the bath fit for royalty.
Rich in texture, delight your senses within this sensuous chinois inspired boudoir that opens out to the garden and the 'prairie'.
Incorporated into this naturally lit open plan lower ground floor design is the changing room and shower and a 'gentlemen’s drinking lounge' together with an international wine cellar.
The 3,500 sq. ft. open plan lower ground floor boasts a fully equipped 'Technogym' and spa, together with an indoor pool, jacuzzi and hammam (Turkish steam room) as well as an open raised fire pit.
For the more independent guests the connecting apartment has an en-suite bathroom as well as a kitchenette and study.
THE Cabaña
Entirely separate from the main house, our Ibiza style Cabaña of 2,700 sq. ft. includes a further two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, a large kitchen, upstairs sitting room and study/TV room.
