THE ESTATE

The estate comprises an impressive 80 acres of secluded land on which you may encounter deer, wild boar and fox. There’s a lake, close to which you may camp, as well as a bamboo grove. Our greenhouse is a popular place to step away, soak up the sun, read and enjoy the breath-taking sunsets. The clever configuration of the estate means that there are numerous zones in which to enjoy your time, choose from al fresco poolside dining for up to 14, barbecues for up to 20 +, secluded reading areas, siesta spots, a giant outdoor bath under a walnut tree and an abundant vegetable garden. At your request we can accommodate any events within the different zones and configurations.

THE POOL

The 20m outdoor, salt-water, heated swimming pool is set against a prairie designed by renowned landscape architect Tom Stuart-Smith. The main house has a west facing orientation over looking the beautiful city of Santander and enjoys dizzying sunsets.

THE CABAÑA

Entirely separate from the main house, our Ibiza style Cabaña of 2,700 sq. ft. includes a further two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, a large kitchen, upstairs sitting room and study/TV room.

THE GREENHOUSE

The estate boats an abundant vegetable garden with a lazy greenhouse to relax in. Our greenhouse is a popular place to step away, soak up the sun, read and enjoy the breath-taking sunsets.

EVENTS

The configuration of the estate facilitates many different 'zones' for al fresco poolside dining, quiet reading areas, siesta spots or a giant outdoor bath under the walnut tree. We can accommodate any events within the different zones and configurations for your requests.
